Unsatisfied

The room was great. But the staff are terrible. I asked for towels and it took 3 hrs to deliver. And also, I asked for replacement of the battery for the safety box and i waited for nothing! I don't recommend this hotel.

DownTown Plaza (not)

Well not what we was expecting. Room was dirty. House keeping every other day exept Friday, so the 3rd day. Room safe had no batteries, i asked housekeeping, was told area is safe enough not to have a safe! Apart from that it served its purpose - sleep n shower.
