"Great old hotel located in the downtown neighborhood. Room was large with a great bathroom. This is always our first choice when visiting Winchester"

"Only used this as an overnight while en route up to NY from NC. But was a good choice. There is a gas station right next door and it has a convenience store (chocolate/snacks/soft drinks For the ride) so was able to quickly get everything ready the next morning. Used the gym - good equipment. Jacuzzi and pool were clean and no one in them. Room was no frills - clean and comfortable and appreciated the coffee maker and pods so you can have coffee in bed without going to the lobby. My only...

"Never saw the room. The elevator was broken and Expedia would not refund my money. I had to purchase another hotel because I could not climb four flights of stairs in my physical condition. So much for the handicap. Stay away. "
