"Everything was very clean"

"Hot water doesn’t work well. Problems with flushing toilet; water pressure just didn’t seem strong. "

"When I arrived at my room, the door was open and I learned that maintenance was working inside. The staff responded very quickly and reassigned me to another room. However, the new room was a connecting room next to a family with children, and it was very loud early in the morning. Other than that ny stay was nice."

"Overall stay was nice. Clean room. Served its purpose. Complimentary breakfast could use some improvement. Not the variety that I come expect from Hilton properties. No condiments available for waffles or potatoes."

"Suite was adequate. Pets were welcome, which is always a plus. There was a sports tournament at the hotel and breakfast area was understaffed. Buffet was constantly empty. We sat for an hour and twenty minutes trying to get food. The buffet was a wreck. We liked this hotel before it was remodeled. The new decor in the seating area was very cold and uninviting. Probably won't stay here again."

"The breakfast was fresh, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. My only critique is the shower needs an update, our shower had a huge crack that’s had glue. Everything else was great so we just didn’t feel it was worth requesting a room change or complaint."
