The entire 2nd Floor smelled bad as soon as the elevator opened. Them once we got to the room it stunk also. Management refused to give us a refund instead he moved us to 1st floor which also smelled just not as bad. Do not recommended this place at all!

We booked last minute while traveling across country so we got in late. The frint desk staff was amazing about getting us checked in quickly and to our room. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable.

Well-run hotel, on the level of a Best Western Plus. Location is right by I-20 but is convenient to pretty much all of Abilene, since I-20 is part of a freeway loop around the city. We had a group that booked four rooms for a wedding weekend. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was good and the hotel felt safe. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

One night stop.
Clean and smelled very fresh but not trying to cover odors. Tv was not working but maintenance fixed fairly quickly. Wall heater was very loud and squealing like about to quit. We were tired enough it did not disrupt our rest.

I've stayed at several Best Westerns. When I booked this room for the night I expected a lot more than what I got. I won't stay at this one again. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. One of the washcloths should have been a rag and not in a guest's room. There was an overall dingy feeling to the property and my room. I've stayed at cleaner, less expensive hotels.

We had to leave very early in the morning - before breakfast was available. Aiden was very nice to make coffee and turn on the waffle maker so that we could leave fortified with a nice meal!

Staff was very nice. Everything was ready for us at check in and our bill was delivered underfoot in the morning for a convent check out. Breakfast was ready and great for a Feb and go on the car meal. Breakfast bar was very clean and plenty of supplies.

Other than the strange odor when you enter the lobby, there is really nothing wrong with this property. I chose it for convenience to Abilene Christian University and so it served its purpose. I’m assuming they raise the hotel prices when there’s an event at the University because I would never pay $183.00 for a king suite here again.
