Best Luxury Hotels in Abidjan

"Absolutely loved my stay at Blu Radisson, Abidjan Airport. The room was spotless. The amenities as described. The pool was superb. Again, just a delight. The meals were great in the Larder and the Bar/Lounge. Was here for just a week and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My French is not the best by any measure but the personnel went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Cannot think of anything that could have been improved. Also, a bonus was to have the King of Portugal staying in the same hotel at the same time as me. Lots of security. Lots of people making sure everyone was safe and protected from the King. A great experience all around."

"Upon check-in I was given a room that wasn’t the one I had paid for, when I complained the staff told me that it was valentines weekend so they are very busy, after a while they agreed to move me. I got food poisoning from a room service club sandwich and was very ill for 4 days. The hotel room air con was very noisy and didn’t work very well. The room only had hot water when you left the bath tap and sink tap on for over 5 minutes. The room was only on the 8th floor so this was very odd. I complained about this twice. Overall the hotel room was very worn and the bed I had wasn’t very comfortable. I also found it very odd that I was given a wristband and charged for having a pool lounger with a towel in a 4/5 star hotel! To be fair though the majority of the staff are extremely friendly and nice."
