Very disappointed with this hotel. Rude unhelpful staff. “S.P.A.” hotel yet you have to pay 35€ per person to use the pool. There is a kitchenette in your room but you’re not allowed to use it. There aren’t even glasses to drink out of. Our balcony was completely flooded we reported it on day one and no one came to fix it. There is a kids club but they just put on movies and feed the kids cake. Would not recommend at all

Location to the slopes is great. Sadly the snow was lacking and by 2 o’clock the bottom slopes were slush and unskiable, however, this wasn’t the hotels fault and more global warming and the lack of snow throughout March. The Spa in the hotel I believe is worth it (20€) and you get 3 hours to chill out. The food was good although, a little pricey, 77€ for a starter and 2 mains washed down by a house glass of white and 1 local beer is a little steep. The staff spoke English and they had a Land Rover shuttle service to the slopes which was nice. It is a ski in and ski out hotel, but no snow made that impossible. Myself and the girlfriend will 100% be going back...though maybe a little earlier in the ski season.

Extremely comfortable and well maintained hotel. The ski lift is 2 mins walk away and the spa is super relaxing at the end of the day.

Loved the hotel. Really good location, service and facilities. Breakfast was great, only ate in the hotel on one evening, food was good. Spa was good, but quite small and quite a few kids in there. Only negatives were the beds (twin) were tiny and the room was really hot and hard to adjust temperature. However, would still stay there again. We queried the bed size and were told that the double beds were doubles (not king or superking).

The room and service at this hotel was disappointing and over priced compared to the first time we visited the place. Prices have gone up but service and value for money down.

Perfect for Ski to Door Holiday
This was our 2nd stay at the hotel. We love it. Staff are great, as is the restaurant, bar, rooms, etc. The rooms can get too hot, but when it snowing outside, I guess they want to make sure the guests are snug. The only issue we have with the hotel is having to pay €25 5o use the swimming pool and sauna, etc. Overall a fab hotel - we will be returning for a 3rd year next year.

La struttura è situata in una posizione ottima per lo sci (100m dagli impianti) ma pessima per tutto il resto. Fatta salva la SPA, non vengono offerti servizi se non sono aperti gli impianti. Il fatto che per raggiungere vere il primo centro abitato occorra 20 minuti di strada (per pochissimi km) avrebbe reso necessario adottare qualche soluzione. La disinformazione regna sovrana. Faccio un es: sul sito c’era scritto un prezzo per la SPA, alla SPA ci hanno informato solamente al momento dell’accesso (già in accappatoio e ciabatte) e la reception non ci aveva detto niente. Inoltre, abbiamo dovuto sollecitare 3 volte l’arrivo del kit SPA facendoci perdere 30’ del percorso. Avevamo esplicitamente richiesto la vasca in camera che c’era ma sprovvista di tappo per riempirla. Alla richiesta di soluzione, si sono presentati 4 volte in camera senza risolvere il problema è sporcando il pavimento sia della camera che del bagno poi non pulito. Il giorno seguente è venuto un tecnico che ha portato il tappo ma ormai troppo tardi per utilizzare la vasca (il soggiorno era per due notti) e sporcando ulteriormente la camera. Alla richiesta di cambio stanza ci è stata fornita un’altra più piccola ma con il medesimo problema. Al termine del soggiorno nè una scusa nè l’offerta di un servizio o qualcosa che ripagasse del disagio. L’assenza di neve e gli impianti chiusi hanno messo la ciliegina sulla torta decretando il pessimo soggiorno per assenza di servizi. No info prima. Pessimi!

Das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht, sodass wir ein kpstenloses Upgrade unseres Zimmers erhalten haben und eine Suite bekommen haben Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und zuvor kommend. Die Organisation lief sehr gut.

la specialità è il centro benessere, ma per i bambini chiude alle 17.00 e quindi alla stessa ora della chiusura degli impianti da sci. L'albergo è bello, ma le piste da sci della Val di Luce sono gestite male. Venerdì mattina le piste erano impraticabili per il ghiaccio. Sono dovuta andare a sciare al Pulicchio a dieci minuti di distanza in macchina, dove invece le piste erano praticabili perchè erano state lavorate la notte precedente. Avere l'albergo vicino alle piste è inutile se poi devo andare a sciare altrove in macchina.

Perfect for skiing and spa
We keep coming back to this lovely Spa hotel - everything is great and the food is amazing! Only thing that remain an issue is that it is impossible to control the heating in the rooms.

GO there!
Such a lovely hotel where the reality surpasses the otherwise fine pictures. It all stands super sharp. All necessary amenities - and ski hire are cheaper here than in the city. The restaurant is good, with new dishes every night, and the prices are more than reasonable (Michelin recommended). The breakfast buffet is sumptuous but very Italian (read; the large cake buffet). Fantastic and sumptuous SPA. There are 300 meters to the lifts, but the hotel has a cool Land Rover that runs there, continuously, without pre-bookings. Lovely ski area with good long slopes and well-functioning lifts.

L’hotel est isole sans activités le soir en famill
L’hotel est agréable mais il n’est pas avec une piscine mais seulement un spa qui n’est pas accessible seulement pour les soins et le matin uniquement avec les enfants ce qui limite l’usage notre fille a 10 ans et était très déçue nous également car l’hotel est très isolé et le soir aucune activité en famille n’est possible. Le restaurant est très bon mais aucune traduction en français sur les menus le choix est donc hasardeux

Il soggiorno è stato rilassante,Senza troppo caos ne disturbi di altro genere. La camera era confortevole. La spà rilassante,dovessi proprio criticare da ingegnere direi che ci sono delle pareti con umido(visto l'ambiente è normale) ma brutte a vedersi e l'acqua andrebbe leggermente più calda. Per il resto splendido tutto.la reception è i dipendenti sono ultra gentili e disponibili. Il ristorante veramente di stile eccetto la chiusura alle 21:30.
