"Had a lovely stay at Llandudno Hostel for a couple of nights!! The location is fantastic, just a couple minutes walk to beaches, the pier, restaurants, grocery stores, and the railway station! I was fortunate enough to have the option to last minute upgrade my room to a private twin bunk room and with the hot weather it was a no brainer! "A friendly welcome although despite checking in online we still had to repeat the process at reception. The parking instructions had changed since we had made the booking only a few days earlier so we had to move the car. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and a lovely welcome note which was a nice touch. "The hotel is right on the prom and beach.We had a superior room, which had a lovely view. Staff were generally lovely. My only real issues were that only one window opened in the room and that the room smelt bad. Not sure what of but maybe damp carpet. I was told there were no other superior rooms left to change rooms. Unfortunately did not get a chance to use Spa etc.I would like to return and hope for a better smelling room."
