It waa very good value for money if you just want a bed, plus they were able to arrange a free parking space for me whivh saved me a lot of hassle and cost. I will definately stay again.

I checked in alone, as boyfriend at work. To the map saying arrived and couldn’t find it. In which the owner gave me instructions on walk up the alley way and up stairs etc.
It was a very eery place to have hotel room. I felt uncomfortable when I was within the room.
So we actually never stayed within the room. Booked elsewhere, have also tried to look for a refund however it’s been difficult.
As said I need a booking reference and all I had was itneray number.

This is without doubt the worst hotel experience i have ever had. It was almost impossible to find the property for a start, being situated at the end of a dirty alleyway with no signage to help direct. I had to get a waiter from a neighbouring restaurant to help me locate it - a daily occurrence for this waiter apparently. Once inside, there was no check-in desk/reception. Another guest told me I had to phone a number to get someone to check me in, which I did. They said they would be there within five minutes - they weren’t. I was tired and hungry after a long journey, with heavy luggage in tow. I decided to cut my losses and leave to find somewhere else. I’m surprised Expedia has this hotel on its books. I shall be looking for a refund.

Impossible to find address of 13a rose street. Enquire at restaurant at #13 who said it was down side alley, but only found fire exit doors. No check instructions sent from “hotel”. Called Expedia who called “owner” who arrived by car. Drove round block to rear of alley and was advised I could park my car in a space that had a sign saying private parking but didn’t give me any permit or took my registration! Took me through a fire exit door, had no signage to state this was a “hotel” passed a door numbered 13a on first floor and into a door on second floor numbered 13b. None of which resembled an entrance to a hotel, more like a service staircase for a shopping centre, with stuff strewn everywhere. I was introduced to a woman who “lived” here who insisted she went through my booking on phone for proof of payment. The “owner” left and woman showed me to room. First impression was it was clean, however no TV as listed. Having drove 9 hours to get there and a further 30 minutes to get into room, just wanted to get head down. Pulled back duvet to discover what appeared to be the previous guest had been eating in bed, as dozens of white and yellow bits of god knows what, clearly stood out against the red bottom sheet. After showing the woman, rather than offering to change these sheets, she started picking the bits off the sheet. Returned key to her and left immediately to find alternative accommodation. Put complaint into Expedia but owner refused a refund. Disgraceful
