"Quarto com cortinas caídas pela metade , devido as chuvas as janelas não bloqueavam corretamente a água , ocasionando várias goteiras a noite toda de chuvas, ocasionando alagamento de pequeno porte no quarto. Devido hotel estar com a ocupação rota nesse dia , não houve como trocar de apto. O que não justifica , reservar um quarto com esse problema grave na minha opnião , foi uma noite sem dormir. Espero que resolvam esse problema , evitando que outros hóspedes passem por isso . "

"Staff were great and the food and beverage options in the hotel were good. The area around the hotel is a little dangerous. Better to take Uber to get around. The room I was in was very noisy especially early in the morning."

I would have liked full water flow at the sink in the bathroom and hot water at the sink. A comfortable chair to sit in and a safe for my passport were lacking. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and the room was lovely. The staff was delightful."
