"Excellent service. Rooms were very clean. Excellent breakfast. Super bathrooms. My only concern was overbooking and we have to wait and convince them that we had 4 rooms. They didn’t have confirmation from Expedia for 4th room which was never expected with Serena hotel . Someone at the hotel changed our booking. Later they admitted 4th room."

"Wi-Fi was disappointing. There was a generator that was going, and I couldn’t leave my door open on the balcony because of the exhaust fumes which was very annoying."

"The Pearl Continental is always a must go hotel when I am in the Rawalpindi Islamabad area. I find it a very luxurious hotel, and prefer it to many of the other pricier hotels in Islamabad. I guess they just know about luxury, through their pedigree. "
