"Very friendly and capable bar staff."

"Nice staff although additional costs such as use of pool and swim caps weren't explained to us prior, despite having called before arriving and being told the swim pool was included in our price. Very dated rooms and the hotel lobby is a complete mess with furniture everywhere. Swimming pool was nice but jacuzzi looked out onto a small maintenance area that wasn't very nice to look at."

"The breakfast is not tasty"

"Property, staff, area , room, bed....all top notch! Great stay! "

"Nothing "

"Great service!"

"Everything was just great"

"Excellent resort. "

"Main downside was no tea/coffee in the room - everything has to be paid for separately eg at the bar. Good breakfast was included for us. Bikes can be used for free which was nice. Air con not great, more like a fan, but we opened a window and in late May this was fine. Pleasant staff other than one officioius type in the restaurant."

"Overall a nice place to be!"

"Il peggio di tutto è stata la portinaia."

"Was a little hotel in beautiful town. Very clean, very friendly, breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay. "

"Hotel was great"

"Efficient but not overly friendly and they took my passport!!!"

"The hotel is located in the very center of Abano, all the staff are very friendly, always ready to help, our stay was very pleasant"

"niente aria condizionata fredisimo aqua calda non propio calda pulizia no ogni giorno niente ho tolto io da sola le lensuole e non hanno portato altri lensuole mi dispiace ci vole tanto da fare questo hotel e per voto 2"

"This is the best experience at all levels, staff, room, the pools, water, treatment, food"

"The location is close to the center in a quiet area. The grounds are very nice and the pools are clean. The rooms are of decent size but our bathroom was rundown and the minibar described as a refrigerator was in fact a malfunctioning old minibar. Overall, the hotel inside bears wear and tear and qualifies it to no more than 3 stars. Manager Grigoio was very cordial and helpful and did his best."
