"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The building had radiant heat, so no controls in the room. However the rooms had balcony doors that could be locked open to let cool air in. The bath was small but the beds were very comfortable. The location was close to the waterfront, central station and food. I felt very comfortable and safe."

Og venligt personale. Lidt underligt brusesystem/håndvask, som skal være smart, men desværre er besværligt og tidkrævende."

"Great location. Lobby was fantastic - bar available and can sit and watch games on TV (World Cup was on). Room was decent but no refrigerator in my room (my friends had a very tiny one in their room). Will stay here again when I return to Aarhus."

Strongly recommend getting a room facing the square or the inner courtyard as opposed to the rooms facing the street with cafes and bars. Breakfast buffet impressive in terms of variety and quality of the offerings"

"The receptionist was very friendly. The hotel had been renovated since our last visit but the changes confused us. Upon entering the hotel we were confused about where the registration desk was. Before renovations the reception desk was right at the entrance. This time what we saw were chairs and a small lounge? The new “look” was confusing. We paid to check in early and they gave us a room in the hotel section that had just been renovated, and not completely finished. Construction tape had not...

"Very friendly personnel, nice place, but my room at the motel part was not so nice : only one ridiculously small window that if opened was easily for someone to unlock safety lock at door ( for a single woman travelling made it a bit worrying), not opening the window: made room too hot to sleep. Also that window gave no privacy as it's along the door unless you unroll the blinder and make the room dark. "Ok I get that hotels in Denmark are more expensive than others but this one was not inexpensive. Clearly focussed and providing accomodation for the large number of corporates in this area so this place is more like a dormitory than a hotel. It had no ventilation so was oppressively hot and stuffy. Once you open the window you are subjected to the monorail whizzing by all night and then the local council decided to mow the lawns with big machines at 2am. So not much sleep. Then the shower drain...

"What a fantastic hotel. Very clean. Numerous things for the children to keep themselves occupied with such as table tennis and a pool table. Great breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. We'd definitely go back. Plenty of parking."
