"Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Room was very clean and appreciated the air conditioning. The kids loved the bunk beds. Outside train station was noisy late into the night. Great budget option if you're looking for a place close to the airport."

"The room was clean and comfortable, communication was good, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to Zurich Airport. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by a shocking incident on the 6th floor. We witnessed a housekeeping supervisor (a woman in white clothing with black hair) yelling at and physically pushing a housekeeping employee. We travel frequently and have stayed in hotels around the world, but we have never seen such unacceptable behavior. No employee should be treated this...

"We stayed for 1 night before heading to the airport the next morning. It was clean and comfortable. It was going under renovation in the lobby but looked to be done soon. The staff set up our taxi to the airport the next morning when we checked in. It’s 18 francs to get to the airport the driver showed up about 10 minutes before we asked for and immediately took us to the airport."

"Listed on Expedia as free breakfast included, however we were told that we would have to pay if we wished to have breakfast. Upon inspection, it seems that breakfast consisted is some fruit, yogurt and breads anyways. No eggs or bacon/ breakfast meats, so no great loss .Also listed as having AC, however it seems that the management are perfectly fine with 77 degrees as their lowest setting. After a long hot day touring Zurich, you return to your room to shower and relax, only to start sweating...

"This was a nice, clean hotel located within a few miles from the Zurich airport. The gentleman that checked us in was very professional and spoke excellent English. After reading other reviews, I was under the mistaken impression that they had a free airport shuttle. While they can make arrangements for an airport shuttle for a fixed fee, the hotel staff encourages guests to use the city bus instead, which stops across the street. We were not interested in lugging our suitcases across the road...

"Comfortable room. Nice bar with outside seating. Uber was used for local restaurant and we easily walked back. Uber to airport/train station was very convenient."

"This modern room was clean and good size. The receptionist was very helpful with our check in and Rhine Falls information. The breakfast was excellent!"

"It’s okay have a shuttle to the airport but my expectations was higher based on the rooms first one I checked in was smell bad then I called the front desk and change it for me but the room looks old"
