"The hotel location is prime, near central Aachen city hall and the cathedral. It is a “no-friills” hotel, but that was ok and as expected. The rooms are neat and clean and the beds are comfortable. "It was clean It was extremely small! The entrance has steps as a wheelchair user this was difficult! The area is dirty and scary! A lot of noise at night and bright lights disturbing sleep. Did not feel safe."
