"The room was not clean, but no bugs. Just a lot of dust and gunk built up on surfaces. Bed was comfortable. Bedding was clean. Towels were clean. The room just needs a deep clean. The pool and hot tub were nice."

"Remember that one friend you hung out with as a kid who had that strange vibe at their house and you found out as an adult it was a crack house and that's why things felt so "off?" Welcome to this hotel! Everything here is "off" from the overwhelming dinginess to the utter lack of cleanliness and no soap to be found anywhere, oh yes and the full trash can and nauseating scent of urine in the kitchen. The safety lock on the door was broken, scuff marks and dirt everywhere, other people's hair all over room, beds extremely uncomfortable. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out why so many people have given this place high ratings, seems very underhanded to me. DON'T BELIEVE THEM! Unless you really enjoy feeling like you're staying in a third world ghetto stay away!"

"There were roaches and toilet was leaking not enough towels or washcloths for my family ask for more towels but only 2 set of towels were given still wasn’t enough for my family so i bought roach spray so we wouldn’t take travelers back home with us and towels n washcloth room was too small not what it looked like in the pictures.."

"I booked 2 beds for 2 nights and the downgraded my family and I into a 1 king bed with a twin roll out bed. Extremely disappointing after tracking all day as well as calling earlier in the day to confirm my booking no notification or update on my reservation stay. Will not be staying at any Wyndham property going forward."
