"Surrounding area may look scary, but building requires key to get in at certain times. Also,it’s near a lot of great restaurants that I discovered through Uber Eats. They also have a nice vending machine with different food items. Wish the selection had more items. Not sure how often housekeeping cleans rooms but we had stuff left over from prior guests (stuff was left in the fridge in both rooms which wasn’t a big deal). We didn’t need consistent housekeeping, but hotel desk said we could ask...

"Just opened 1 month ago but still in need of conditioner and lotion, would have liked a coffee maker in the room, luggage rack. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses however no silverware. Would have preferred dish soap to wash dishes in stead of running the dishwasher. And the room had 2 Queens but only enough towels and dishes for two. They have just opened so hopefully these items are on there way!"

One, the room was not cleaned after our first night, so when we came back to relax in the evening, we had to wait for a half hour for the housekeeper to clean. The second day, the pool was closed. "Parking was very dark and not lighted. Tv didnt work telephone in room didnt work. We checked in before we went to a concert got back at 11. No one at front desk Tv didnt work telephone didnt work to call staff. Someone above us kept us all night till 330 I really do believe they were remodeling it. Air Conditioning didnt keep up with the room. Staff wasnt at front desk when we checked in had to wait 10 minutes for someone very rude lady we asked her questions about how to get to the arena...

"The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway. The walls are paper thin and...
