There were short thick hairs on the toilet seat, showing that it was not cleaned, and the toilet would not work. When I called the front desk multiple times no one answered. After walking down, I found 3 employees standing out front for a smoke break."

"I’ve frequented this hotel over the years as this is my hometown. My only issue this visit was the lack of towels. There were not towels on 7/4/2026. I had to use paper towels to dry off after a shower. I asked multiple times and provided the dirty towels so that they can be cleaned. It took over 4 hrs to actually get clean towels.
