"Lovely hotel. A few hiccups at check in which was slow , room key didn’t work and also bedding was all wet so the maid had to re do the bed. Otherwise lovely hotel and good service "

"This is a nice hotel around a 15-20 minute walk to the cathedral and main central area. The room was bright with a modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and good quality linen and towels. We had a fridge and a kettle which was great. Everywhere was clean. There was a good range of foods at breakfast including cooked food, cheese & meats, pastries, fresh fruit & yogurt and ingredients for tostadas. "Abbiamo dovuto insistere per cambiare camera perchè c'era un rumore di acqua che scorreva nei tubi e non funzionava il riscaldamento nel bagno. Avevamo prenotato con un mese di anticipo la cena della vigilia di Natale al ristorante dell'hotel ma la prenotazione anziché per 7, come ci avevano confermato, risultava per 3 alla fine ci hanno trovato una sistemazione anche se non fantastica. Va sicuramente migliorato il sevizio e l'organizzazione del personale. "
