"We truly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is a stunning replica of the Alhambra Palace, and the rooms were beautiful. I especially loved the luxurious touch of Elie Saab shampoo, shower gel, and lotion — very fancy! The staff were warm and friendly, and the food was excellent. It was my mom’s birthday during our stay, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a box of chocolates left in her room. However, it would have been even more special if there had been a note saying “Happy Birthday,”...

"Exactly what you would expect of a hotel of this type: well appointed rooms, friendly staff, access to a good standard of food and drinks. Very similar to many of the hotel chains around the world. Staff were very helpful on arrival in helping us orientate ourselves with the city. We were only staying for one night so there wasn't much opportunity to fully experience the hotel but overall the facilities seemed to be of a high standard. "

"The Palacio Gran Via was one of my favorite solo stays. I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and felt comfortable right away. The hotel is gorgeous. My room was always clean. I am someone who tends to return to my hotel room multiple times a day to rest and recharge. Housekeeping somehow managed to tidy up while I was out each time. On a few occasions they left a sweet detail, like a chocolate or tiny bottled fragrance. Francisco and Alexia at the front desk were so kind and intuitive...
