"The staff are very polite and professional. I still remember on of them who went extra mile in his job. His name is FABRICE. A young man, very polite and helpful. I’ve left some clothes in the wardrobe. He managed to arrange for me to collect them couple of days later when I came back to Abidjan from the countryside. "J’ai vraiment tout aimé sauf la nourriture de l'hôtel c'était une déception total. Tout ce que j’ai eu a commandé était horrible. Le service en terrasse était lent pour rien meme quand il y’a pas beaucoup de monde. Recevoir une commande de bouteille d’eau ne devrait jamais prendre plus de 30mn "

"This hôtel is superb. Not only is it beautiful but it’s quiet, clean and the service is excellent. Breakfast is gourmet food, everything is fresh and tasty. The only thing I noticed is the size of the room. I had a standard room but it’s a bit small. Otherwise everything is great and I will definitely come back and recommend it. "
