"Wow! Amazing and beautiful property. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent. Room was lovely, we had a luxury upgrade with a balcony, great people watching.

"Hôtel de vacances très bien tenu, à la fois calme et bien placé (proximité immédiate de la promenade en bord de mer pour aller à Hvar à pieds). Jardins vastes et piscine à étages bien entretenue. Personnel attentionné et petit déjeuner de qualité. Seul bémol (de taille) : les chambres au dernier étage disposent de vasistas et n’offrent aucune vue !"

"It's a beautiful place but nowhere was it advertised that if you go during shoulder season (we went at beginning of May), they have very limited staff so several amenities are unavailable (e.g. spa, beach rentals, large restaurant, etc.). Also, the hours, food and drink options for the restaurant by the water were very limited. As a result, we didn't get the full experience we paid for.

"This hotel was excellent. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The whole hotel had an air of elegance but with a wonderfully understated luxury. The breakfasts were delicious but my only reason for a 4 star rating was that the dinners were not as expected. The menu was not great in its selection and not only was it very expensive but the portions were also very small. Overall though it’s a beautiful hotel in a wonderful setting."
