"I have only stayed the four times and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Horsham. They have put me in early when I need to be in. They have put me downstairs when they I didn’t realise that we had to say upstairs or downstairs. I take my hat off to the cleaners they are excellent and the whole place is so clean. The waitresses are so polite and everyone talks to everyone. Excellent for everything even at the reception."

"Our room was clean and spacious. The staff were always courteous and helpful. The breakfast was a continental as advertised and the breakfast room was good and it was very convenient. The nights were quite cold but the heating was good.
Being on a highway it was quite noisy at night with large semi's thundering through but we got used to it and used ear plugs. It would not stop us staying there again. The pool looked great, very clean but the weather was too cold to have a dip. Spacious car...
