"Staff were excellent! Every employee we interacted with was great. From check-in, pool attendants, cleaning staff and restaurant staff. We chose the Sheraton Flowood for the pool and lazy river. We where a little disappointed. We are from the Austin, Texas area and have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa several times. We thought that the Flowood would have a similar layout. It does not. The lazy river pool are very small. Also different sized tubes would be a very good idea....

"I really enjoyed my stay. The only issue I had was one of top blanket had a stain, and the bottom comforter needed to be replaced they were old. But the staff was great and it was a convenient location for our events."

"Run down property. Cleaning and upkeep does not appear to be a priority- also was not clear that the casino is not on property- a shuttle or few min drive. My non smoking room smelled like an ashtray- local staff did move me to a room that was better"

"The Monmouth Inn is always a treat to stop at when we’re coming too and from the beach. The staff is always very kind and hospitable, the breakfast is outstanding along with the breakfast staff, the grounds are quite remarkable to walk through accompanied by the many kind cats of Monmouth, all of the rooms are so unique and beautiful to stay in, and the front desk staff are always so welcoming and inviting. "Nice old place in decent shape. The breakfasts were wonderful. Not having someone there, other than the lady who came in to cook and serve breakfast, was somewhat of a negative, as we would have liked to ask questions, especially in the evenings, about places to eat and things to do. Also, a bathtub/shower, with no really hard-mounted grab bars, is not really good for seniors"
