This hotel is currently undergoing renovation, yet there is no transparency or effort to manage guest expectations. The temporary arrangements on the first floor are chaotic and severely compromise the quality of stay.

"The breakfast was limited but tasty . The overall stay was very good we even got upgraded to business class room . The only negative is the price of room service item , I got 2 plain roti for almost Rs300 and one cup of tea was more than Rs400"

"This hotel is catered for the local community, the food and as not high quality, the amenities are lacking, the cleanliness is lacking, the gardens and green areas are not well taken care off, the high tea is laughable, pictures are very deceiving.
