"Reception was proficient and polte. The lady in charge was clear with information required. She delivered tickets for the Taj at nominal additional cost. The breakfast had adequate foods for western tastes in addition to Indian staples. Staff members were again polite and proficient. The lady manager at reception arranged a taxi for us to our next location (Jaipur). The driver was good, the taxi modern and spotless and the costs clear and comprehensive. I was content with the whole package. "

"hotel is a five star. the staff and the concierge were very helpful, extended assistance to get me a train tickets to jaipur and new delhi. granted my request for a late check out. breakfast is amazing, with lots of choices, continental and indian cuisines. it’s highly recommended and will stay again. "Staff and Service makes the first impression and not the property itself. Here at SG, me and my family felt welcomed. Staff was courteous and made sure our stay and dinning experience was excellent.
Rooms are of decent sizes with all the modern amenities you'd expect in this category of hotels.
I'd recommend this hotel for your stay during your Mathura/ Vrindavan visit. If Shri Banke Bihari allows me to visit Him again, I'd prefer to spend a night or two here at SG.
