"The room was as described. I didn’t anticipate the two flights of stairs to the room, though, so taking a suitcase was a bad idea. The heating element to the indoor pool broke after the first night, so we had two more days of either a freezing outdoor pool, or a slightly less freezing indoor pool (the sole reason I booked this accommodation is for the two pools!). I was disappointed to find that there wasn't communal washing/drying facilities for the single rooms, as our towels from pool use...

Unfortunately some areas were very dusty which affected my wife's allergies and there was no provision for cleaning equipment to let us vacuum etc. Our Expedia app message to the host requesting a vacuum apparently didn't get received until we left several days later, so a bit disappointed. It is a lovely property though and we hope to return in the future."
