"Had a great stay here. The room was nice and the small pool was a great feature. We also used the sauna and hammam which were nice extras to have. The breakfast had a good selection and the dining area had a good view over the pool and beach. Unfortunately on 2 nights there was a lot of machinery noise coming from the driveway down to the basement next to our room. There was also an area in our room where the floor was persistently damp without any obvious cause. Overall we really enjoyed...

"Mycket fin vistelse! Jag och mina 3 barn (11,14,17år) hade en fantastisk vistelse här på höstlovet. Stranden är fantastisk! Strandbaren likaså. Läget mycket bra, roligt att kunna strosa runt i små affärer på kvällarna. Stor super market precis bredvid. Bra platt trottoar för löppass, går att springa till Chania om man vill köra långpass. Gymmet dåligt, men bra löpband där. Maten helt ok, ffa tema-dagarna. Mycket vänlig personal, ffa Stratos i baren! Mycket prisvärt! Kan varmt rekommendera...

"We had a wonderful stay at Maleme Mare, right from the friendly welcome. The staff were friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean and well maintained throughout, including the pool and gardens. No issue with sun-beds either, there are plenty to go round. The food was really great. Plenty of variety at every meal time. Overall we had a super relaxing week and felt we were being taken care of at all times. We will definitely be back"

"The staff was amazing. So helpful! Ana at the front desk and the manager, also Ana, were so nice. They were so helpful in giving us ideas for non-touristy adventures. The food never disappointed. They would sometimes include a theme night, i.e. Mexican, Italian. The food was fresh and the dining area was clean. Our room didn’t have the greatest view, but it was very quiet. We could never hear the people adjacent to or above us. I would definitely stay here again. "
