"Beautiful grand lobby, great dining options, modern spacious rooms but very noisy at night due to club music next door. The pool is dirty due to pigeons and some of amenities remain under construction. Breakfast staff very attentive, delicious south indian cuisine and breakfast manager took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed. Front desk manager and housekeeping manager also very attentive to ensure we had a lovely stay. "

"This the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff showed us 5 different alternative rooms until we found one with out bed bugs or signs of blood on the mattress. The carpets are foul in the hallways, covered with stains of old food. The headboard was even covered in god knows what’s kind of stains. So not be fooled by the images or fake reviews. This place needs a health inspection and should be stripped of its current Star rating. "

"Nothings outstanding. Just same experience as you would expect from such chain of standard hotels. Quiet and clean. Reception area is quite ordinary unlike similar good hotels. Bathroom was missing extra towels, tissue paper etc. But was quickly addressed. Standard room is not very big but only good enough for a couple. Breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. Bathroom have only half door enclosure while the main half where shower water drops is open making all the water seep out on...
