"Special mention to Mamata!
I recently stayed, and prior to arriving exchanged over 40 emails with Mamata regarding my son's birthday.
Mamata always responded straight away and was so helpful. The decorations were very tasteful and beautiful.
Upon arrival a few small issues were immediately rectified , (again , by Mamata) ..a real credit to the hotel.
All the staff were very friendly and the massages at the Spa were amazing.
I loved Kathmandu and shed a tear when leaving.

"Stayed 15 days and enjoyed the off street peaceful location.
The staff was exceptional in so many ways, directions, sightseeing, travel advice, you name it.
The restaurant was a quiet oasis from the city street noise. Good food in an outdoor setting.
Overall, excellent staff and a great value and great location.

"Posizione comodissima in Thamel vicina alle attrazioni principali. Struttura moderna immersa in un giardino molto verde, camere confortevoli che affacciano sul cortile. Colazione internazionale buona. Staff gentile. Unica pecca è stato l’Housekeeping. Camera non particolarmente pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani non freschissimi, cestino del bagno trovato pieno al checkin, senza carta igienica."

"I have stayed here before and like it for its location, an easy walk from Thamel and the bazaars but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The staff are attentive and help talk to the taxi driver on the app and make sure you're in the correct one! The breakfasts are very nice with Nepalese dishes as well as western food."

"A nice hotel inside an alley, the view of the room was to a dumpster not really nice, breakfast was ok, room was cozy with air conditioning that is good enough, has a little refrigerator that works ok.
Bathroom mixed WC and shower, not the best arrangement, bed was comfortable enough.
Something nice was that I have an early tour and they had a boxed breakfast prepared.
Also taxi could not be paid to the hotel, they made the booking but needed payment in cash."
