"From the point of check end, the whole experience is super bad. Unfriendly front office team and to the room experience with the electricity cutting off automatically unless there is a movement in the room every few minutes. Calls after calls to Front Deck, issue is not even resolved. Corridor on the floor towards room from lift landing are very dark, as the auto sensor lights does not light up until after more than 30 seconds. The worst hotel I had ever stayed in! "

"We had a wonderful stay. The only thing negative I could say is one of the ladies at the reception desk was rude when we asked how to turn the lights on. It was our first time in Spain so we were not familiar with using a key card for the lights. This wasn’t explained to us at check-in and when we came back down to ask she was very sarcastic.
