"Hotel Presidency Ernakulam was comfortable and overall the service was excellent. My only disappointment was the checkout process. My flight left at midnight so I gave plenty of notice about needing to settle my bill that evening.. it took way too long to make sure my invoice was correct, and then to find a payments machine that would accept an international credit card."

"Entrance to the hotel is bit of a hassle. Room was untidy and the wifi super-slow. Water from shower comes very less. The view was nice"

"Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Room had a good view, includes fridge, plenty of storage & quiet enough to sleep. Door has a peep hole cover and a strong door bolt in addition to the lock! Please include small hand towels, hangers in cupboard. Pre-set TV channels & provide only 1 remote. No one has time to decipher TV settings. "

"1. Rooms were noisy, 2. No timings for making up room 3. Mini fridge was missing 4. Laundry bag was not found 5. No much options for English Television channels "

"Housekeeping is very poor. They do not check if the room is ready before handing over the keys to the customer. There was a kettle for making coffee in the room but no coffee or tea sachets. No hot water in the shower."

"New clean property. Although room has small kitchen, ther are no utensils so you cannot cook. Like all Indian hotels we visit only one towel provided. You need to ask for more."

"Great location, pool was excellent shape. Loved the wine bar and cafe. Room was very spacious and plenty of space. Staff was very friendly and anticipated every need. "

"We loved our three days in Eighth Bastion. The room was beautiful with a pool-side balcony complete with roof fan. Nice pool with umbrella shading, food was great, esp. breakfast dosa & pancakes, location is excellent, and above all, the staff are super-friendly and helpful."

"レセプションの対応も良くチェックイン時刻前でしたが、すぐに部屋の用意をしてくれて助かりました。部屋の居心地は必要なものがきちんとそろっていてとてもいいです。冷房も細かく設定できるので自分で適温に調整できます。建物全体は一見きれいなのですが、部屋の中の細かいメンテナンスが出来ていないようで、スイッチの一部が壊れていたりします。そういうことを気にしない方なら気楽に滞在できていいと思います。スタッフも真面目でフレンドリーだったし、全体的に快適に過ごせました"
