"The property is breathtaking! Absolutely beautiful.
Staff was kind. The lodge was stayed in was comfortable and spacious. The view from the balcony was stunning. Wish there was one more restaurant in the property. There are times when the only restaurant does not offer food service so plan your tours etc accordingly. The restaurant functions on island time so pack your patience. "There was nothing we didn't like about the Bungalows! They were very clean, comfortable and the view from the deck was gorgeous. Our hosts, Alfred and Sonia, were so helpful and generous. They shared tips about the islands, and booked the water taxis, so we were never stranded or overcharged. Sonia is the "Queen of Breakfast". "Just returned from a fantastic 3 nights at Casa Cayuco with our family of 5. Everything, from the welcome and transfers, to the smoothies/drinks, fresh made meals with local ingredients, to the excursions far exceeded our expectations. "Our stay at Playa Tortuga was unfortunately very disappointing. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that the property is poorly maintained. The overall cleanliness of the place was lacking, especially in the rooms and bathrooms.
