"Wow, what an absolutely fabulous place! It’s exactly what we hoped for - peace and tranquility. The staff are superb and cannot do enough for you. The most instagram worthy place I have ever been to! Of note for those planning a trip, we stayed in the ‘low season’ (I.e. July/August). The hotel was only 20-30% full which made the stay feel even more intimate. We guess people are put off by the temperatures in Marrakesh, however it’s at least 5-10 degrees cooler in the mountains. "Hele prettige omgeving schoon en stuk voor stuk heel beleefd en vriendelijk personeel.. de eerste kamer beviel ons niet we hadden het idee dat de foto’s van de kamer in de advertentie niet overeen kwamen met de kamer zelf, maar we kregen dag later direct een upgrade naar een luxere kamer zonder extra kosten. Als advies zou ik zeggen boek pas vanaf de luxury suite of beter want de bedden in die kamers zijn ook veel beter dan bijvoorbeeld in de king suite.. Wie rust en een prachtige omgeving...

"Ce fut un séjour exceptionnel. Il n’y a absolument rien à redire si ce n’est que c’est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Les photos ne montrent même pas le quart du charme de cette établissement. Le directeur de l’établissement est super. Il nous a fait visiter tout le ksar et nous a même surclassé .. à faire absolument! "

"The riad is located in Imlil with amazing view of the Atlas mountains from the terrace, the room was very clean and cosy. Any concerns were dealt with high professionalism and huge generosity by the manager - Abdou. All the staff were amazing ( thank you to Ibrahim for cooking the most delicious tagine and soup ) and the Riad was best located as starting point for trekking. One of the best places we stayed in Morocco. Hugely recommended. "

"Beautiful room and pool. Easy walk to lake and village. Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar. Would definitely recommend hotel for a quiet, restful break."

"I was here for a week and i must say, while it's a little way out from town, i never regretted being here - cash points, a tiny shop and Ait Benhaddou are all walkable (under an hour) and even the priciest solo taxis to the city are only around 150 - 250 Dirham. The whole place has been beautifully made by your friendly host with his bare hands to an incredible standard, and he and his family can't do enough to help you. Home cooked meals are very much recommended, and I couldn't rate this...

"Situated in the foothills of The High Atlas Mountains, with stunning views towards the snow capped Mountains beyond the wonderful manicured lawns and gardens. The hotel is built of local red sandstone and is beautifully laid out. Pool too cold in Jan but looks fabulous. Food on our visit was relatively limited choice; we stayed 1 nightwith a 40 minute drive from Marrakech (local hotel transfer 270 DAM each way) Incredibly beautiful setting - wonderful rest in the warm January sunshine. "

"Mooie locatie "

"We had an amazing stay in two tower rooms looking over the oasis and mountains. Rooms were split over two floors and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and kept us updated before arrival. Entrance to the hotel was a little difficult to find in the dark as we arrived at 9pm. Great location for visiting Ait BenHaddou. Would definitely recommend this place. "

"Omar and Mourad made us feel right at home. The scenery and hiking trails are incredible. We are glad we spent an extra day and got to know the staff quite well. We will definitely be back to stay here again! Ps. Best tea we had in Morocco!"
