"The apartment was easily accessed, safe, clean & well-appointed with great views of Urangan Boat Harbour, Great Sandy Strait, Big Woody Island & Fraser Island. Parking at the complex was secure. Staff were friendly & helpful. Just fabulous!

"I am extremely disappointed that, despite having booked and paid for accommodation through my business for a vulnerable person, and having received a booking confirmation, the accommodation was not available upon arrival.
When we arrived at the property, we were informed that Expedia had double-booked the accommodation and that no room was available for us.
As a result, I spent my entire Friday evening urgently searching for alternative accommodation to ensure that this vulnerable person did...

"We stayed in one of the rooms out the back. These are the older rooms that haven’t been renovated. They are a little tired, however they are spacious and quiet. No loud traffic noises.
The parking out the back is a little tight. Overall pleasant stay and decent nights sleep."
