"Hotel itself was fine. Pool and hot tub were not clean. Floating band aids. Breakfast was just okay for an Embassy Suites."

"Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked for a new room and it only smelled moderately better. There are a bunch of hidden charges - overnight parking is $42 and they charge $30 to everyone as an "amenities fee". It was walking distance to many things but in the future we will stay at any other hotel. Free continental breakfast was what we thought was a good perk. But all they had was cereal (no milk), hard boiled eggs, oats - but no way of cooking them, yogurt, bananas and bagels....

"The hotel has a big noise problem with AC units that go on and off all night and reverberate through the hotel. Even turning mine off I heard others through the walls and not even a very loud white noise machine and ear plugs could block it out. Also, the car and motorcycle noise from the street was horrendous until very late at night and my room wasn’t even close to the road. Finally, their pillows are so huge that they crooked my neck really badly. Too bad because the hotel itself is brand new...

"It was in a really great location. I liked how it was real close to the Waterfront Park especially liked the restaurant and bar down in the lobby that was very convenient to go down and grab a quick drink or something to eat overall just a great experience"
