"The staff were very helpful and the food at the restaurant was really tasty, great value and good portion size. Our room was really well laid out, with a mini fridge, a lovely large bathtub/shower combo with great pressure and lots of hot water. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had the best sleeps."

"Pretty location but a bit far from town. 10 Euro each way to Uber. Walk to town thru Westport House was nice but wouldn't do it at night. Wish they had a gym and self service laundry. Parking overnight across the street was much easier than behind the hotel. Breakfast room was beautiful and staff attentive. "

"Would highly recommend this hotel. The staff was incredible- above and beyond- I wish I got the name of the girl working the 2 nights I was there she was great. We utilized the laundry service, which was simple and convenient. £25 a bag. The breakfast was just what you’d expect from a hotel breakfast. The pool was nice- I do wish there was more space to just relax in the pool when I went it was set up for las only- but that might have been the timing. Bistro restaurant was pretty good!"

"Nice Hotel , clean and comfortable beds , however some of the plugs in the room didn’t work , plugs where lose fittings, heating kept turning off which left the room cold. "The setting of this hotel is beautiful, and as long as you have a car, it’s easy to get around - we used it for a base for the Galway area. Our stay included breakfast, which was lovely. We even had it in our room one day. A few draw backs for us was: the front desk staff, who were pretty rude and unhelpful when we checked in (but we are used to American level of friendliness of service) Also how early everything closed, the kitchen closes at nine even on a weekend… I wish we had known…"
