"I liked the resort overall. The dislike was that they advertise a pool and pool bar, with a small wood fired pizza restaurant by the pool. One evening they closed the bar early around 5:00ish and were closing the pool at 7:30 due to a slower day. Our family had come back from the day excursion looking to hang out the rest of the evening to use the pool and pool bar and eat at the restaurant. "When we arrived to Brisa we were escorted to our room by staff and given a quick tour of the room. We quickly noticed that we did not have a pull out couch (we booked the 2 bedroom with 3 beds beach access) and when one of my guests went to inform staff and initially received an attitude that we “did not rent the cot as we were supposed to”. I then had to go and speak with staff myself which I believe I spoke with a manager who was then quick to remedy the situation as we did indeed book 3 beds,...

"The best of both worlds! This property is stunning, and it really offered the best of both worlds. We were able to experience resort-style amenities and service, while enjoying the space of an AirBnB. Our suite was huge and gave us ample room to enjoy ourselves. "We immensely enjoyed our stay at this resort. The highlights included all of the staff, including Dixie, Val, John, and the wonderful front desk (I’m sorry, I forgot her name). Even the intern at the bar was friendly and helpful. It is because of these people that we love Belize and your resort. The beach is beautiful, walkable to many different restaurants. "
