"I was placed in a room where the heating was not working, and I believe the staff knew about it, as there was a portable heater in the room, but it was unable to maintain the room's temperature at all. I had to report to the front desk, so they offered me another room that I had to pack and move to. It was fine for the second night, and they agreed to credit me some money as compensation. I would rather not get compensated, but had a good experience to start with."
