"The food staff were lovely and very helpful. The reception staff acted like they were guests. They had no local info, barely lifts a finger to help and were pompous. We had walked the Dingle Way to get there and there seemed to be a sense that we were somehow below the other tourists. Or they just didn’t know what to make of us.
The housekeeping staff seemed to have forgotten our room.
The shower handle came off in my hand and the ac that switched on and off all night had something wrong...

"The breakfast was one of the best we had in Ireland. The staff was also extremely friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the area and very caring. My only suggestion would be to change the carpet out for a more sustainable floor such as vinyl wood flooring as some carpet had stains on it but that is hard to avoid on white carpet. Another thing would be to put a fresh coat of paint on the walls as well as this would freshen up the place also. Overall a very comfortable and safe place to...

"What a special place. You immediately feel comfortable when you first walk in. The room we stayed in was large with plenty of space for 3 of us and a spectacular view. The pool was a nice bonus to soak in after a long day. It’s a short walk into town but far enough out that you aren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. "

"Our one night stay in Dingle was probably the highlight of our 10 day trip to Ireland. Everything about this place - room, the hosts, location, the view, the sumptuous breakfast is a solid 10. Wish we could stay longer. No reasons to look for another place. We loved every minute there. "
