"The hotel staff was really lovely and informative. The neighborhood is good. We had a triple room and it was nice - even with 3 beds. The room was super clean. I would stay there again. We did not have the best experience in the restaurant. Nothing terrible - our waiter wasn’t the best. It happens. "

"Truly the greatest stop of our journey through the Alps this summer. We were torn whether to stay outside the city center at one of the other communities around Hallstatt but in the end we took the plunge and stayed at Heritage and it didn’t disappoint. "We had en excellent stay arriving with train, the hotel is close to the station. Earlier checkin than 4 was not negotiable but we enjoyed the town meanwhile and when we got the room our expectations were overall succeeded. Great bed and linen, spacious room and great view of the city and mountains. The spa was also nice and the rooftop bar had a great vibe and we had dinner there as well, very helpful staff with allergies.
