"The location was convenient to Galeries Lafayette, 2 Metro Stations, Sacre Couer, Monmartre and many eateries. The staff were all helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. ( ask for a room over the roof rather than over the outside courtyard on the ground floor). The rooms over the courtyard can be very noisy in common with all of the old buildings in central Paris. I gave a 4 rating as the air conditioning was not working, no-one's fault, hard...

"Great hotel! Centrally located to local shops and cafes, also close to many different metro and bus lines for transportation! Hotel staff was extremely helpful and kind, rooms are a bit on the smaller size- but to be expected in Europe! But they were clean and comfortable and updated! Hotel has a lovely bar downstairs, visited by tourists and locals. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We love the location and the rooms are very clean. However, we booked a double room for my kids and only a queen bed was available at first. The staff was helpful and switched them to another room the next day said there was only like six double rooms in the whole hotel available. So there’s no guarantee if you request one you will get one. Anyway, other than that, it was a very pleasant experience. "From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. The hotel is centrally located and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and as an added bonus, they have unlimited snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Our stay was wonderful and we would 100% stay here again."
