"The place was beautifull but there were parties every day. Very loud. Techno and kareoke. No peace at all. Even sitting in our room with closed door was impossible. Tried to tell staff. "the facility is excellent, had stayed there before and really liked it, but this time the staff was often gone. only a maid there to check us in, so she had to keep calling the manager. we arrived hot and tired but there was a power outage and no generator, so quite miserable. I made a mistake with my reservation, but again she had to call the manager to get an upgrade. Also we were often locked in or out and couldn't get in or out without major difficulty."
