Good location, Airport bus shuttle from Narita stops right in front of hotel, the free shuttle to Disney was a big plus. "It’s a good hotel for tourism who are visiting Shinjuku. We had a spacious room on the corner but the only thing missing was the fact that the room didn’t have chairs to sit in. It was rather a simple bench against the wall which is less convenient if you want to sip a drink while watching the excellent view of the city. No gym facilities or pool. Breakfast is great and had excellent choices for any taste!"

"Great location, there were subway stops across the street from where we were at. Only met one front desk attendant who spoke English. Air conditioning would turn off at night, which was uncomfortable, but opening the window at night helped. That said, we never addressed that issue with the hotel staff, so maybe they would’ve fixed it had we said something. On site laundry machines were nice! The cafe downstairs had some very delicious options."

"Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."

"Very pleased with our stay at this APA hotel location, we stayed at another APA hotel in Osaka and it didn't have any additional facilities and the room was smaller too. This one has a 24/7 Lawson's in the hotel building, super close to Ryogoku station and quite a bit of restaurant options within walking distance. Highly recommend for a cheap and convenient stay."
