"Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly. However, we were disappointed when we arrived at our room; it was clearly not cleaned, with unmade beds and signs of prior occupancy. Thankfully, we were able to switch rooms, and the second one was great.
The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, though a heads-up for parents of small children: the pool has a slight current, so keep an eye on younger swimmers. Breakfast was excellent, starting promptly at 7:00 AM with a good variety of options."

"The hotel staff was very nice. However, I found the supervisor to be a bit rude. The place definitely needs updating; but the property was very clean and my grandchildren had a fun time at the waterpark. They need to replace the plastic lattice that separates the baby pool from the deep end. There is a hole in it that a child can fit through."
