"This may be the cleanest home I've ever been in (including my own...ha!) Beds were comfortable, location was quiet, gardens surrounding the home were lovely. We stayed in the off season so the town was closed up tight, but we had anticipated the need to bring some food with us. I'd book this home again in a heartbeat. "

"I booked the apartment room for my builders to stay in for 2 nights. They said the rooms were clean and comfortable, having a kitchen was important because I had set the builders up with their breakfast foods and they were sent back each night with their evening meal to heat up. Eion and Bev had the room warm for them on arrival on their first night and gave quality banter throughout their stay.

"The property was neat and tidy. We didn't spend too much time in the property - just to eat and sleep! The bathroom isn't flash but the shower was just amazing! Was so tired but the water pressure was perfect - better than a massage!"

"This was a great base camp for exploring the Catlins. Beds were clean and comfortable, although I felt I had to wipe down the kitchen before using it. The property was amazing! Beautiful views of the estuary, a peaceful place to walk in the mornings, and good view of stars at night. "
