"Overall, the hotel is nice and the staff are very, very friendly. Unfortunately, the shower head was terrible and after a long, sweaty day of walking, I was less than thrilled to use it. There were some holes in the duvet cover. Minor things that could make a big difference. But as I mentioned, the staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"Really good value for money and very well located in the old Medina. You’re right in the middle of it yet tucked away on a quiet street. There’s a traditional tea and a western coffee shop right outside. I stayed in the Fatima room which is perfect for one person. Breakfast every morning was excellent and always different. The rooftop terrace is relaxing. Most of all, the manager Kibir is the most helpful person you will meet in Fes. He ensured I had a packed breakfast for my day trip to Meknes,...

"Close to the blue gate, walkable and many shops, eating places around this place. Good AC, hot water, enough TV channels. No kettle, tea/ coffee making facilities. We never had to fill in other hotels in Morocco, because now any one can make photo copy or take a photo using the phone. No info was given about breakfast time or place. Last day we had to check out 7 in the...
