"The positives- Helpful staff and a clean room. My room unexpectedly had a kitchenette with a stove and fridge and mini table. That was a pleasant surprise. The negatives- Kind of old and a bit beat. The tv was tiny -the size of my computer monitor. Parking was a pain. I had to park in an overflow parking garage off property and had to be let in by staff who had to walk over. So I always tipped them even though it wasn’t valet. It was the same price as other hotels with valet, and the garage...

"This hotel was not secure. Ten minutes after I entered my room by myself at 8:30 pm someone was banging on my door yelling” Emergency !!!” “Open the door, there’s an emergency in this room!” I was so frightened and yelled back that there was no emergency and I did not open the door. A person in the room next door came out and scared the guy away! I spoke to the front desk and they had no calls about any emergency. This hotel is accessible from the Metro and way too open. I will never stay...

"When we check in we were told that the water would be off from 10AM until 4PM. We got back to our room after sightseeing around 8 and there was no hot water, just barely warm. The next morning the water was ice cold. Reported it to the front desk on our way out and were told it would be resolved. When we returned once again we had no hot water, ice cold. I went to the front desk because the line phone line to the front desk didn't work and they said they would send up someone from engineering....

"I arrived very early in the morning due to flight times, but always check your bed before you sleep in it! My 'down' comforter appeared to be a 'mold' comforter - there was no down in it when I held it up to the light to check it out, but it was full of mold instead. I pulled the comforter off the bed and tossed it in the corner, to deal with it the next day as I was exhausted and it was already past midnight. Note - it looked clean on the bed, I was surprised when I held it up like this. I let...

"1. We were there for 4 nights. Two of those days we wanted room service and we took the do not disturb sign off the door. Both day housekeeping did not come. When I called the front desk to complain, they looked at the records and said that housekeeping had notated the do not disturb sign on the door both days, which is absolutely false. I will give the front desk credit in that they did give us two complimentary breakfasts on the last day to help make up for no housekeeping during our stay - 2....
