"Friendly hotel staff, who speak fluent English. Wonderful location, down the road from the main train station and a short walk round the corner for trams to anywhere. Enjoyable breakfast spread with a wide selection of coffee, tea and juices. The only thing I was very unhappy about was the bed, it was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in among all the hotels I have been to. "Great location in the heart of the Old City and only a ten minute walk from train station. Room was clean and staff accommodating. Nice breakfast. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room was nice and clean, the bed was good and the shower was excellent. We stayed during the wine festival and the hotel is in the best spot if you like to be where the party is. The music is loud and plays until 3am so if you are not partying don’t expect to get any sleep before then. There is no fridge in the room but you can get one for 5 francs or you can store items for free in their fridge. "

"My family and I stayed here for a few nights and we really loved it! It is more of a remote location so plan to walk to certain stations for transportation (~15 min) but they have everything necessary nearby (gas station, bistro/deli, small resturant, fast food, etc.) The room was small but cozy and comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful! "Hotel is situated close to the old town center, on the street going to train station, however well isolated from street noise; the room we rented was huge , the largest we rented in our vacation in Switzerland , with plenty of storage, two desks with chairs; bed was also big and comfortable; even the bathroom had plenty of storage ; room had also an extra space a closed balcony with a table and two chairs . From our room we could not see the lake Geneve but the receptionist recommended a lounge...
