"Bed was uncomfortable to start but management swapped it out for a very comfortable one. New ones are coming soon. Staff super friendly and respectful. Erin the manager was awesome. Listened to his customers really well. Samani at the vaka bar was a true gentleman and good at his job. Lovely staff at the restaurant and also at the reception. Overall a great stay and enjoyed our two weeks at Tamanu. Even the ground keeper Charlie was a great asset!!! Top points everyone!!!"

"Take ear plugs! The Roosters never shut up! The facilities are basic, but clean and OK. Pool is OK as long as large groups don't take over. Nautilus staff we found dismissive, Muri staff more pleasant. BBQ area is nice but the hot plates are old and barely heat meaning without an over, self catering is challenging.
