"This property was very clean, parking was perfect, the staff were very courteous, but the problem was there were very few staff, and it was impossible to find them during the day. "Our room was on the top floor. The beams across the ceiling, unfortunately, came very close to the bed where my daughter hit her head twice. We unfortunately, were not aware that the ceiling was so low prior to reserving the room. The bed was comfortable with good pillows the TV worked but unfortunately, Netflix did not work. "This is a great option if you plan on skiing in Pal Arinsal. The ski rentals are a few minutes away, so is the gondola. The receptions are absolute gems and help you throughout your stay with directions and advice. The room itself was clean, compact and most importantly warm. I slept heavenly but I don't have any rheumatic problems so take my advice with a pinch of salt as the mattress was pretty firm and not too dense. All in all, I will be revisiting it next year. Breakfast was great as well!"
